VENDOR INFORMATION:
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Hoofbeats through Illinois!
Vendors will be located in the beautiful Artisans building. The building is heated and well distributed. The other advantage is that the building is right conveniently located next to the main horse barn, the covered arena, and the Coliseum.
This is a 2-day event. Move in will be on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 8 AM to 8 PM Central time. If you are unable to set up during this time, additional hours may be available at HCI's discretion. All businesses must be set up and fully staffed during the exhibit hall hours:
Saturday, March 8, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 9, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
